Freightera Membership

Freightera is designed for shippers and carriers. Based on popular demand from 3PLs, i.e. logistics companies and brokers, we have created data-only paid plans that include online quotes only.
We do not provide 3PLs with manual broker quotes.

Membership pricing for Canadian companies:
Logistic Assistant Membership: $99 CAD/month
Logistic Plus Membership: $199 CAD/month
Logistic Team Membership: $549 CAD/month

Membership Pricing for US companies:
Logistic Assistant Membership: $99 USD/month
Logistic Plus Membership: $199 USD/month
Logistic Team Membership: $549 USD/month

Yes. You can add additional users to your account on your Membership dashboard, under ‘’Additional Users’’.

In the Logistic Assistant plan, there is one main user and one sub user included free of charge. Additional users can be purchased for $39/month per user.
In the Logistic Plus plan, there is one main user and two sub users included in the price. Additional users can be purchased for $49/month per user.
In the Logistic Team plan, there is one main user and four sub users included in the price. Additional users can be purchased for $59/month per user.

The Logistic Assistant plan is available for trial for the first 7 days, for a limited time. You’ll be able to use all the services included in this plan during your trial.

The credit card you have used to sign up for a membership account will be charged at the end of your free trial period.

Yes.
If you decide to upgrade, you will receive a prorated discount on your new price.
If you downgrade your plan, you will have access to all of your current plan’s features until the end of the billing cycle, and afterwards your plan will be downgraded.

Yes. This option is available through the ‘’Add-Ons’’ page on your Membership dashboard.

On the ‘’Services’’ page of your Freightera dashboard, click ‘’Cancel Auto-Renewal’’ to cancel auto-renewal in the next billing cycle. Please be informed that we do not offer refunds for memberships.

At the end of your billing cycle, your account will be automatically deactivated.

Your membership is automatically renewed every billing cycle, until you decide to cancel it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Paypal (coming soon).

We require your credit card information upon sign up so your membership would automatically continue after your 1 month free trial ends.

There are no surprise charges. All taxes are included in the price, and every billing cycle you’ll be charged a fixed amount for membership.

We do not offer refunds for membership.

Different types of system emails go to different contacts listed. All billing information goes to the accounting contact. Technical contacts are listed in case of technical issues for API integrations, if your business requires this.

Accounting users can only access ‘’My Bills’’ part of the dashboard. Signing up as an accounting user is free. Accounting contacts cannot access the shipping pages at all, they are simply contacts to whom we send invoices and other information related to accounting and billing.

Depending on your membership plan, you start each month with a certain number of points, which you can use for automated quotes.
You can earn more points by booking a shipment, or by upgrading your plan.
If you need more automated quotes, you can get them as add-ons without upgrading your plan.
You can check your remaining point balance on your Membership dashboard.
Earned points do not accumulate: your point counter resets each month. Purchased points do not expire.
