Where Do I Find My Tracking Number / Load ID?



You can track your shipment using either the tracking number, or the load ID.

Tracking number is assigned to every shipment by the carrier.

Load ID is your shipment's number on our website, and it’s the same as the order number, and the Bill of Lading number.

You can find this information under ''Shipments'' on your Freightera account.
