As we face these challenging times, most of us are preoccupied with the same thoughts: how will COVID-19 affect our lives, jobs, businesses, and communities? As a 100% remote company, we find ourselves in a unique position to run our business as usual and provide an island of stability to our shippers. We’ll keep shipping for you with the best prices and options available in our diverse marketplace.
Freight shipping remains an essential service and most of our carriers will keep operating in the US, Canada and cross-border. They are changing their processes to ensure your health and safety at the time of pickup and delivery. Many carriers updated us that they will wave signatures on BOLs in most cases as necessary. Some of their services – like inside delivery – may be temporarily stopped as a precaution. Driver availability may also be an issue for some carriers. Please be patient with the carriers, who are doing their best in very stressful circumstances.
To help us serve you best, please update us with your current operating hours when booking. Please also double check your shipment details, and verify before booking that pickup and delivery locations are still staffed, and will be available on pickup and delivery days.
